Refund Policy

At Edifying Inclusion, we provide digital courses and educational content. Since the material is accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are offered only under specific conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.

  2. Refunds are only applicable if the user is unable to access the course due to technical issues from our side.

  3. No refunds will be provided once course material is accessed or downloaded.

  4. Refunds are not available for change of mind or wrong purchase.

  5. In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded.

  6. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
